QUESTION: My dream candle is a messy puddle of goop, and the glass is broken like my heart.. so can I return it?
ANSWER: Y'all know I don't want that mess back. Kindly send an e-mail to Nicole@shopbisby.com with a photo of the crime scene, and we will get a new one out to you ASAP!
** If you order a scent you really don't love it and your dog even says they don't like it (and tells you why) then shoot us an e-mail dang it, but you better have a good reason why you and that little hairball don't love it as much as we do.

At Shop Bisby all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us with 7 days.
You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the the candle is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Nicole@shopbisby.com for further details.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
